I've had the chance to work with Esh on several projects over the years, and he's hands-down one of the best developers I've met. After working with so many designers, he's developed a keen eye for design which means everything he touches not only works great but also looks fantastic! Even with a design sent to him, he makes it better by utilizing his expertise in connecting functionality with his knowledge of visual hierarchy. And it's those skills that made him one of the most requested developers on any project that came down the pipeline. Not only that, but he has an amazing work ethic, always delivering top-quality work quickly and efficiently. and he's always ready to go the extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly. Esh is an extremely skilled and dependable developer and he's a much NEEDED asset for any team.

It is rare that you come across standout talent like Esh. I had the pleasure of working with Esh for over 3 years at Scorpion, collaborating on several projects throughout our time together. He truly has some of the top web development skills to help organizations with their needs. Myself and other team members were consistently impressed with Esh’s work ethic, communication skills, adaptability, and knowledge in his field. To be successful at a startup like ezClinic requires a large amount of initiative and self-motivation - qualities that I have seen in spades with Eshatva. He can take a vague idea and flush it out into a full proof of concept implementation with minimal direction. Eshatva was a student in two of my programming courses. These courses were the second introductory Python programming sequence IT 212 (course name Applied Object Oriented Programming) and Advanced Project Development in Java (IT 313). In these two courses, he showed his understanding of programming, earning the grade of A in both courses. Eshatva did a good job on the course projects for both the courses he took with me. His submissions were well designed and tested with good documentation. He attended class regularly, participated in class discussions, and submitted his projects on time. He showed a capacity for independent work, but knew when to ask for help when he needed it. He is curious, motivated, and intelligent. He will do well in an Information Technology job; I heartily recommend him to your company.

Esh is the type of co-worker everyone wants on their team. He has a positive outlook, even in stressful situations. He is the ‘go-to’ guy on our team, because he is very knowledgeable and if he runs into something new, he chases it down and finds a resolution. 10/10 would recommend Esh for any tech/programming team!

It was a pleasure to work with Eshatva at ezClinic. He did a great job in working on coding projects and I highly appreciate his skills in programming languages including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. I cannot recommend Esh highly enough. He was flexible, easy to work with, competent, and a positive person to work with. Esh is able to complete the programming others could not and pick up the pieces of poor coding with excellent problem solving. He could jump onto ANY website and handle what needed to be done. Eshatva is a hardworking dedicated and focused developer. On the capstone project, he was always the first to volunteer to work on the most difficult tasks. And what I appreciated most was that if he ever ran into obstacles that he could not resolve, he contacted me and worked with me to resolve them. America's Urban Campus is a non-profit consortium of the Universities and Colleges located in the City of Chicago. As we worked together on the website, I was extremely impressed with the organization. professionalism and creativity of Esh and his team. He led us through a complex process of evaluating the website, fixing bugs, adding new pages and features, all the while providing guidance to me and my intern on how to execute the work going forward. He used his ingenuity to help solve complex data issues with the site without having to recommend costly software purchases. Based on this experience, I highly recommend him for a professional position in web development and agile management.
